The oldest structure in the central Scottish community of Aberfeldy is Moness Country Club. This former Perthshire shooting lodge first built in eighteenth centuary has been restored to its former splendour as a relaxing Highland retreat.
A variety of beauty treatments are available at the sumptuous poolside spa. The resort's extensive leisure facilities also include an indoor heated swimming pool, table tennis, squash courts, and a sauna and steam room. Eating options include the poolside Terrace Bar and a more formal restaurant. Set in extensive grounds, Moness Resort also has a hotel and two restaurants, catering for fine dining in the Flemmyng Restaurant to a more relaxed atmosphere in the upstairs Terrace and Bar.
Accommodation here comes in the form of deluxe and superior hotel rooms or picturesque self-catering holiday cottages and lodges. Each accommodation is individually decorated and boasts between one to three bedrooms. The cottages are individually furnished and vary in style from log cabin in the walled garden to a courtyard overlooking a grass centre area. Many of the Courtyard Cottages face the Aberfeldy Hills, while forests surround the more private Gate Lodge Cottages. The Walled Garden Cottages, log cabin-style bungalows, are named after their location in the property's original farm walled garden.
We have a limited number of school holiday weeks available to members at attractive rates.

Guests can also stroll, cycle, or ride scooters across the Moness Country Club's scenic grounds. Another popular outdoor activity is a mini putting green with nine holes, but more serious golfers can head towards the Strathtay or Aberfeldy golf clubs. The River Tay, Scotland's longest, runs just north of Aberfeldy. The nearby Dewar's World of Whisky serves up Scotland's signature drink.
