How does it work?
Once you have purchased your Expectations membership you can begin enjoying your holidays, this is how it works: You pay an annual membership fee and at the start of each year you receive your allocation of points. You then use these points to book holidays through the RCI website or via your personal concierge, selecting the destination and accommodation size most suited to your holiday requirements. Once booked, it’s time to enjoy your holiday and create memories you’ll cherish for a lifetime. Any unused points are carried over to the following year and can be used to book your next holiday.
How you can use membership?
Using a typical Expectations Holidays membership you could take up to five holidays in your first three years of membership. From beach holidays in the Algarve to a safari in South Africa or exploring Mexico to living it up in Las Vegas the choice is yours to indulge in.
How does it work?
As a member each and every year, for as long as you wish, you'll receive your allocation of points to spend on luxury accommodation for you and your loved ones. You can choose from more than 4,500 resorts in over 100 countries around the world so the possibilities are endless. As we know that members are likely enjoy Expectations holidays with us year in year out we are able to negotiate better deals with the resorts on behalf of all our members. Compared to more traditional travel agents we also save costs on shop fronts and advertising, savings which we pass onto our members. This enables us to offer luxury accommodation at affordable prices.
Finance & the small print*
As well as your one off membership fee there are associated costs involved which we would like to make you aware of. For each holiday you book you will be charged a nominal admin fee (starting from £75). Annual club management on our Plans starts from as little as £335.50 per year.

Quality Holiday Accommodation
Using our experience of the timeshare industry we manage a portfolio of quality holiday accommodation from all around the world. This portfolio is deposited into the world’s largest exchange network in return for an annual allocation of points, locking in the value. Our members are then able to use these points to enjoy discounts at over 4,500 resorts worldwide. As more members join Expectations Holidays, the trading power of our portfolio increases creating better value for money.
Late Deals
Members of Expectations Holidays Club get exclusive, year round, access to a range of late deals. At any period during the year, our affiliated resorts are likely to have apartments or villas that have surplus availability. In the same way that you will often see discounted holidays on a late-booking basis, Expectations members can book Late Deals which can offer some truly unbeatable value.
For example: 1-bedroom apartments, sleeping four guests, are available for just £195 which equates to less than £8 per person per night! The number of Late Deals you can book is unlimited and they do not require the use of any points but are rather paid with money instead.
Late Deals are available within 6 weeks of check-in and each of the examples below have all come from real-time availability at the time the article was written.
Extra Holidays
In addition to the many great holidays available through points, Expectations members have access to an unlimited number of 'Extra Holidays'.
Extra Holidays don't require the use of any points and instead are attractively priced based on the size of accommodation, destination and time of year. They can be booked up to 18 months in advance with availability throughout the year, including peak school holiday periods. The holidays below have all come from real-time availability at the time the article was published and are great examples of the kind of deals that can be enjoyed.

What are Expectations points?
For a one-off initial purchase price and a low annual fee, members of Expectations Holidays receive an annual allocation of points which are replenished each year you’re a member. You can then use these points to book holiday accommodation at over 4,500 affiliated resorts all around the world.
