Expectation's Rentals cancellation policy
If you have to, or want to, cancel your booking after it has been confirmed, you must phone us as soon as possible. The day we receive your notice by phone from you is the date on which we will cancel your booking. Our confirmation in writing will confirm receipt of your cancellation. If you cancel, you will have to pay a cancellation charge based on the number of days before the arrival date at the property that we receive notice, as shown in the table below. For the purpose of the table below, booking cost means the cost of the accommodation booking, including any optional extras. In addition to the cancellation charges below, you will still have to pay any insurance premiums, booking fees, ferry or Eurotunnel costs, credit card charges and administration fees for making any changes as these are non-refundable.
