I should have joined years ago! Having returned from our first holiday booked via Expectations Holiday points I am very impressed.
We stayed at Radisson Golden Bay Malta using a points based holiday club and saved around £3000 on our usual 2 week summer holiday.
I know this because I’ve stayed at the same resort for the last 4 years & was aware that part of the hotel was sold on 'timeshare'.
So in 2017 on return I did some research and found Expectations Holidays online and spoke to Colin about joining the 'club' it took a
little bit of negotiation to sort my package but Colin was straight from the start and advised me not to go down the timeshare route,
I've now booked a further 2 holidays to Tenerife & Thailand sourcing the accommodation through these guys and have no doubts the quality & service will be 5 star.
I would just like to give you a little feedback about the service I have received from a member of your team Kelly Sansome.
My partner works away a lot and I only ever receive quite short notice of when he will be home to be able to book a holiday.
When Kelly first contacted me I explained my situation and she very kindly explained the service she could offer and that she would be able to help me if/when I had some dates that we might be available.
At the time I didn’t respond as I was feeling disheartened that anyone could really help me (I have previously had a few years of experience of timeshare holidays/companies and they never really offered
much of a service to help when trying to book a resort). I
However Kelly did not give up on me and frequently contacted me to see if she could help at all.
I eventually realised that she was truly offering a service where she would look at resort availability for me and advise me to make sure I found something that was suitable.
I decided to give it a try and began to give Kelly some information for ideas of resorts and timescales.
I was very pleasantly surprised when Kelly immediately acted on the info and gave me lots of information of possible resorts.
Her responses were always very quick and helpful and I was delighted when I finally found a resort that I could book.
Kelly has been amazing and if it wasn’t for her help and persistence I would have just let my points expire and go to waste

Points are better system than the purchase of a timeshare and exchanging weeks.
It is normally impossible to get the weeks you want in the location you want.
However we have always managed to find good places for the times we want (Normally School holidays)

It's now so much more flexible, with greater choice and cheaper than before.
I have been to the USA (twice), Austria and am about to go to Madeira with Expectations.

Selling a timeshare can be a minefield with so many scams from so many companies promising to help but actually never completing the sale.
From the moment I spoke to Colin Reynolds, Sales Manager I felt at ease and more importantly believed him.

My wife & I both prefer to eat out when on holiday & our membership allows this freedom as it is becoming more common for holidays to be all inclusive.
In particular we enjoy Tenerife as we have friends living on the island & the use of The Mirage/Heights complex is ideal.
Our purchase experience was excellent. We were having trouble "selling" our points from another "club" and the offer to move to Expectations came out of the blue offering a different points-based scheme that was cheaper (management fees) and suited our needs to a tee. Carl, fully explained the club set-up, purchase and on-going costs perfectly enabling our "switch" to go ahead quickly and smoothly. Would most definitely recommend them to others looking for points-based holidays.
